Description
Rectangular block framed by a moulding. From the inscription, it appears to be related to a dedication of a monument or statue, but that portion of the inscription is not preserved.
The inscription is dated according to Gerasa's local era, which was instituted in 63/62 BCE, probably linked to Pompey's conquests in the region in those years.
